B. Website/Blogsite

When The Ugly Writers first started, Binibining E already had her network of awesome bloggers. One of the first few book bloggers (and bloggers in general) that supported The Ugly Writers in its infancy was Ms. Beatrice Masaluñga. Binibining E and Ms. Pinay Bookaholic were already conquering the book blogging niche in the Philippines.

As a registered nurse, her compassion extends to her purpose in blogging. With her website, she aims to read, review and share books she loved in hopes of others finding that same love as well.

Before she hit it big with her awesome WordPress site, Bea was already on Blogger as early 2013. To her, having her own website allows her to freely post both personal and book related stuff (releases, book events, etc.). Asked about the title of her website, Bea shared that it was inspired by the Popular Sophie Kinsella series. The very first book she reviewed on Blogger was Cryer’s Cross by Lisa McCann and Breaking A Legend by Sarah Robinson for Wordpress. She can’t get herself to review Harry Potter and the Cursed Child due to existing mixed reviews, she’s afraid to read it and end up getting disappointed. Who knows, maybe one day she’ll get the courage to read it and make one of signature reviews for the J. K. Rowling book?

C. Website

Colors: A touch of Teal and White.

Writing: Very objective. She has a keen eye for detail. Third Person Perspective.

D. The Wrap

I don’t know about you guys but publishers should hire her to review every novels they have before publishing. She is that good! Unbiased and enticing. She makes every write-up too engaging that sometimes she makes me forget I’m reading a review and not the actual novel.

For those book lovers out there, check her site out.
