Eyes are precious without a doubt. The moment we opened it in the morning up to the second we will finally close at night for rest, our eyes work for us all day long. We see the beauty and chaos of the world through it, we read good news and warnings through it, and in today’s time of age, we soaked our eyes in the technology screens around us.

Whether you are studying, working, having fun or just staying home, our eyes are unpreventably glued to these LCD/LED screens all day. While abusing it can sometimes be overlooked, worse got ignored by most of us, staring on screens for long will damage our eyes from symptoms as minor as itchiness, blurriness and headaches, commonly known as eyes strain (or digital eye strain). And to prevent eye abuse, take a look at these easy and practical ways of taking care our windows to the world, and our health relatively.

1. Adjust screen brightness

Extreme brightness or too dull screen displays can both stress your eyes. When you are indoors, in low light environment or pitch dark room, it is advisable to set the screen brightness to the lowest light level. Moreover, when outdoors under the sunlight, full brightness to help your eyes see clearly what you’re navigating on your phone is best.

2. Wear radiation protection glasses

Cellphones in order to aquire signals from network providers, emit electromagnetic radiation.
