adieu

Adieu

Not much of him was left lying there in the casket, just a figment of his formal self. We quarreled the last time we had met, threatened we would kill ourselves.

ADIEU

There i was standing, looking and crying. All words left me, death why…?

He’s dead, the memories of him; good or bad… Consoles me.

The ambulance stopped. He was brought out, Arraigned in place.

Family, friends, queued up on line.

to see his lifeless body for the last time.

Not much of him was left lying there in the casket, just a figment of his former self.

We quarreled the last time we had met, threatened we would kill ourselves.

Today he’s dead…

Nothing last forever.

Adieu friend! Adieu…

Someday we’ll meet and bind the severed ties.

Adieu friend, Adieu.
