No better tomorrow (if there is no acceptance from yesterday)
Accept that not all days are good and happy, you will have good days and bad days. You will make mistakes. You will fail. You will mess up and you will be affected by people around you.
Not everything will fall into place, but it doesn’t matter, what you need is to accept.
You can never make a better tomorrow if you cannot accept your yesterday.
Try to be your own shoulder to lean on. Acceptance is the process, but it starts from within. Self-acceptance is the first step to have self-confidence for you to continue your life.
Healing takes time. It is an act of great courage to accept that there are things that don’t go your way. That there are trials that you need to experience and move forward, make a list of reasons why you should let yourself off the hook.
Accept yourself as a whole.
Don’t hesitate to face all the challenges and take that as your reason to be strong. If you treat yourself compassionately, you will realize that doing your best is worth it.
