Twin Flame

The more I walk Away from you... Every footfall becomes Cacophony

Twin Flame

Clouded by foggy judgements
Futile searching continues
Just as mournful silence echoes
Around us
You and I
separated by fate and time
Wander aimlessly against each other
But towards
Destinations yet unseen…
The more I walk
Away from you…
Every footfall becomes
Cacophony
In this journey unknown, Separated…
We rise up or perish…
But a fleeting hope there is…
How far in opposite directions we move
There shall come a moment
When time’s roaring waters
May freeze in the shape of stellar flakes
Or perhaps give birth
To lotus at our feet
After days and days
Of aimless wanderings
In deep darkness
We shall one day
face each other
And I
shall not turn away again
For the world is still blue,
gentle blue like your eyes…
