Give time for yourself
I understand that the past was hurting you so badly. Because I know how it feels to be haunted by Fear, Insecurity, and endless anxiety.
I understand how difficult it is to say
“I’m Fine ” when you feel the other way around.
Maybe it’s okay to bleed and have scars here and there. It’s like accepting that you failed cause you will get back once again when you’re ready.
Maybe it’s okay to go one step at a time, to take things slow and be gentle to yourself in accepting all the pain.
You need time in everything. Maybe we ask ourselves for not doing so well, but it’s okay for not knowing the answer yet. Maybe it’s okay to be a little bit lost, scared and forget things how to figure out.
Sometimes life can be so unpredictable and will get you confused about how you feel. Cause having a lot of emotions all at the same time may make you feel numb, and it’s totally okay. Just take your time to digest it all and to accept the emotions that you feel.
