Bygone is a poem written and shared by Mira Dizon for The Ugly Writers under the theme STUCK for the month of February.
Bygone
I wonder if you think of me
As often, you crossing my mind
I always ask myself,
If you are happy now…
As I can’t see any trace
On your beautiful poker face.
And every night
That you sleep tight
I just stare at the moon
Asking that you’d be back soon
Know that I’m just here,
Waiting for you to be near
For my cold body
Thirsts for your amity.
