Looking Down On Me

Maybe the moon is looking down at me Convincing to be radiant as I can be Asking me to never take a rest And keep on doing my best

Looking Down On Me is a short poem written by kamiela and shared with The Ugly Writers under the theme Break Out for the month of September.

Looking Down On Me

Maybe the sun is looking down on me
Telling to shine more brightly
Persuading me to never take a rest
And keep on doing my best

Maybe the clouds are looking down on me
Demanding to grasp tightly
Stopping me from breaking free
And endure things on poetry

Maybe the moon is looking down at me
Convincing to be radiant as I can be
Asking me to never take a rest
And keep on doing my best

Maybe the stars are looking down on me
Treating me like a speck of dust
Begging to suck it all up
And scream silently like an outcast
