An Escape From Reality

You woke up and must face the reality Reality of pain, sorrow, and more doubtful days But how I wish, One night ... I'll dream just escape those bad reality.

An Escape From Reality is a poem written by Jelly V. Chavez and shared with The Ugly Writers under the theme Organized Chaos for the month of September

An Escape From Reality

I want to dream like a child

Dreaming of happiness,

Dreaming of good fantasy…

Riding in a boat, sailing on the universe.

Catching star by net, and singing with planet.

I want to dream like a child

Dreaming of joy, dreaming for satisfaction

Like flying up above and touch the sky.

Jump in a cotton cloud and enjoying  rain from above.

I want to dream like Alice.

Dreaming as a knight who can fight sorrow and pain.

With my magic sword, I killed those monster,I killed those vain

A monster inside my brain

But dream is dream.

You woke up and must face the reality

Reality of pain, sorrow, and more doubtful days

But how I wish, One night …

I’ll dream just escape those bad reality.
