To The Silent Heroes of Our Dreams
Thank you for giving our hearts the courage to dream,
For shedding the light of hope when all seems to go dim,
For seeing strength in our doubts and uncertainties,
In all that we wanted to be.
Thank you for being that family, that friend,
that classmate, that teacher, that colleague,
that passerby and that stranger,
That has seen the best in us from within,
The way you say “go, you can do it!”, “long way to go, I’m right behind you!” “I believe in you!” has encouraged our dreamer heart in more and deeper ways than you know.
In every remembrance of you,
We can’t help but put a smile on our face,
As we get to remember there’s someone out there,
That sees the “craft” out of our “crap.”
To the silent heroes, thank you for being the firekeeper of our dreams.
