Leaving You

By the time you read this,

Things may not be the same,

The sun might shine dimmer,

And stars might earn the fame.

Waiting for buds to bloom,

You may visit my poor heart,

With hope meeting its end,

And my soul leaving apart.

One day , you will come back ,

My poems will receive you dear,

With a warm hug from my pen,

You’ll find me everywhere.

Just hold these things today,

Amidst the running time,

My lines will touch your lips,

And tears will wipe the grime.
