Voyager

Voyager is a poem written by Kevin Rein and shared with The Ugly Writers under the theme Fools Rush In for the month of April

To the stars I wish, to the moon I bow,I offer thee my humble soul. Far away, I drift on the most unknown roads,

I ask the universe for a guiding light, To the cosmos, I entrust my fragile life. When I fall into darkness, may I find my way back; To my feet, I stand strong, unafraid of my path.

And when my storms arrive, I pray, May the highest power keep me awake. To my nightmares, I hold fast, may my demons surrender; In my chest, I cast away hate-only kindness I embrace.
