Take Strength
The word feminism means equality of rights of both the genders. God created men physically stronger than women to do things requiring power. However, there might be a few exceptions. Similarly, God made women equally, but differently powerful. Oh, our endurance and patience! We can bear children which men can not.
Feminism is the belief that men and women are equal. I call myself a true feminist. Feminist is not a bad word, it is a powerful one.
For me, it is a way of representing where I come from. It is a powerful gesture, a way of showing the world that I was raised by a man who cooks, washes his own clothes, who does household chores and who serves humanity, saving so many human lives every day. Feminism is a word to describe that I grew up with a boy who always wanted me to perform better than him. A boy who gave up his needs so that mummy papa could fulfill mine. A boy who will never let anything/anyone come in between me and my dreams, my ambitions and my happiness. A boy strong enough to be called my brother!
Feminism isn’t about making women stronger. They already are. It’s about changing how the world perceives them

Feminism is a word to describe the way I grew up amidst men who have always believed in me. My friends, the men in my life who motivated me to never look back. Men who made me believe, that I wasn’t beneath anyone.
Feminism is not a bad word. Sexism is!
Most people think that being a feminist makes you hate men. Well, here’s the answer.
See the whole point about writing this, is not to substantiate how different we are. Every argument ends when I say we are equal but in a different way. Even nature has segregated us in that way. Hasn’t it? Women want to be ahead of men. They already are a lot of things, and vice versa.
Now let’s talk about the hullabaloo, the havoc a few chauvinistic men have created. They haven’t deprived us of our rights to work or earn, they have deprived us of our rights to be treated as humans, the basic right to survival. That is sexism! And we need more feminists and fewer sexists. I have had the privilege of being in the company of men who have always empowered me. So dear brothers and sisters, who hate feminists, our fight is not with you. Our fight is with men who deprive us of our right to gender equality! Our fight is with men who don’t give us the right to decorate our lives the way we want. The basic right to study.. the basic right to earn as much as we work..the basic right to laugh..enjoy our lives..live the way we want and not how they want..the basic right to be treated equally! They are the ones who oppress us. Our fight is with men, who treat us as adjectives and not as nouns!
A lot of people will not agree with me here. But believe me, feminism is nothing more than this! I want those men to understand every time you liberate a woman, you’re liberating yourself !!
I’m a true feminist by all means. And I believe in the equality of both the genders. If tomorrow, say an injustice is served to a man, I shall stand with him. Because that is what feminism is about.
The question here is not about who will let me, the question here is who will stop me?
