When the winds go cold
Or the skies turn dark
When autumn air grows heavy
With odour of burning leaves,
And chokes your tender
Throat, already filled with
Tears you have Swallowed
When the seasons change
And you watch sparkling stars
Falling down,
And disappearing into shadows
Or when the breeze whispers softly
And the stream sings to you
When autumn spreads its arms
To embrace the trees bare branched
Or when
spring returns home….
And you joyously witness rebirth…
Don’t wait for me
Let the raindrops wash
My memories from your mind
I have crossed the realms unknown
Drifting towards boundaries endless
Don’t wait for me…
For I
Shall be waiting for you.
Don’t wait for me.
