Utter

Life is in flux

Constantly moving

Changing

The ebb and flow

Whether I like it or not

It will expand

Retract

But it will not stop

There is nothing

That I can do

To alter the current

To change the circumstance

But I can wait

I can persevere

I will do it

I won’t sit back

Never give up

Utter chaos surrounds

Yet I will not let it take over

Taking hold of the reins

I will take the next step

Do the next thing

I will be proactive

I want to see the chaos decrease

From out of control

To tolerable

To functioning

To something far different

Than the chaos that surrounds

No longer out of control

Daily life is anticipated

Often an adventure

And something to seek

No longer avoided

Wanting to take it all in

Experience it fully

Treasure it always
