When it’s your turn to love me.

To love is never easy. It’s like a battle I have to win everyday and I keep losing because I admit, I love you. And I sulk because there are hundred million of things I have to consider. Yet no matter what I do, I still end up thinking of you.

It’s painful to know that we couldn’t be the couple I always dream of.

What is more tragic about us is the idea that I can give you love more than you can give me. I have no guts to complain when you could not label our relationship into something exclusive. All that we are two people existing to temporarily satisfy each other’s need. Though I have insisted my truest feelings, I am left to wait in the corner like a cat waiting to be fed. And it’s painful to know that we couldn’t be the couple I always dream of.

One person is enough to entirely ruin the life that I build. I feel lost. Like there will come a time in someone’s life that s/he would feel like a trash; not that s/he has lost the sense of self esteem, but because somebody has not returned the love s/has given.

I wish that when it’s your turn to love me, I am still in love with you. Because the moment I take you out of my life, I don’t think you’ll ever have my heart again.

Love is between giving everything or nothing. And the truth slaps me many times – I couldn’t be your everything. I always beg that love and all you give is nothing. I wish that when it’s your turn to love me, I am still in love with you. Because the moment I take you out of my life, I don’t think you’ll ever have my heart again.

Because, we used to reciprocate the love that others give to us.
