Dark Skies
Dark clouds loom over the city-state.
As haze hides the buildings.
A solemn thundery growl came from above.
Amongst the darkness, there’s light.
The light cuts the grey sky in half and shows the world its bravery.
The same bright light broke through buildings and bricks, causing others to fear it.
A few moments of silence before another growl could be heard.
The gloomy day went on for hours.
Soon, a gust of wind swept it away.
Revealing a fresh start.
